More progress on the nursery :)

We finally got the nursery primed and painted green! The new windows are also put in & I love them. The next step is to put the trim around the room and windows, install the carpet, and put shelves in the closet. It's all coming together very nicely and I can't wait to put the crib and furniture in!

This is so crazy that I am already 30 weeks pregnant! I thought I'd try doing this survey instead of just rambling.

How far along? 30 weeks

Total weight gain: 16 lbs

Maternity clothes? Definitely

Stretch marks? None yet

Sleep? Constant tossing and turning from side to side

Best moment this week? Making more progress on the nursery

Movement? Yea, this girl is crazy!

Food cravings? Still have to have my bowl of cereal every morning & of course chocolate

Belly button in or out? Halfway out

What I miss? Sleeping on my stomach & having more than a few outfits to wear

Milestones? Braxton hicks contractions and of course 30 weeks!

10 weeks to go! I'm getting so excited to meet our daughter <3 Oh, and I have a doctors appointment this Friday. I'm now going every two weeks!

29 weeks & Valentines Day

Belly Measurement: 39 1/8"

This week I had my first braxton hicks contraction. It was a strange feeling! My belly button is starting to pop out on the very top. I still don't have any stretch marks *fingers crossed*.

I changed my mind on the bedding yet AGAIN. Here is my final choice:


My husband and I had a pretty low key Valentines day this year. Saturday night we went to a Valentines dinner at our church along with my parents.





On Sunday after church we went out to eat and then saw the movie Valentines Day. My husband also wrote and recorded a song for me and put it on a cd. In the beginning of the song he put a recording of the pastor pronouncing us husband and wife and of course the flood gates opened! I'm not usually a cryer but this pregnancy has made me a blubbering mess.

I can't wait to meet our baby girl in about 11 weeks!

I don't have anything new to say this week about my pregnancy really. Friday is my glucose test...ugh.

Here is the nursery ready to be primed and painted. We just got the new windows in yesterday so they'll be going in this Saturday.

I don't have much to say this week. I had some really bad indegestion a few nights ago that literally felt like I was having a heart attack. Sleeping isn't all that great. Avery has been moving around alot. She was especially fond of my bladder for a couple days, but has since moved on to my ribs. My next doctors appointment is Friday the 12th where I'll be doing my glucose test. My husband and my dad worked on the nursery saturday and got the first of two coats of mud on. The new windows should be coming in sometime this week so they can be put in soon. I guess that's all that's new for now.
