I hope my last post didn't sound whiny and ungrateful. I am definitely grateful that we already have a child and know that there are many many women out there that can't even have children or are still waiting for their blessing. I also just want to say thank you to the ladies that left me comments. I'm grateful for the people that I've "met" through blogging and it's nice to have/give support.

Here we are in month 5 of ttc baby #2. I'm feeling discouraged. Every month that brings a negative, I get more upset each time. I'm so ready to expand our family! It seems like EVERYONE is pregnant and having new babies around me. I just torture myself further by reading pregnancy blogs, watching pregnancy shows & vlogs, and looking through pictures of my pregnancy with Avery. I just need to keep reminding myself to TRUST God's plan for my life. HE knows what is best, whether that is for us to have another child soon or not. His timing is always perfect. I am so BLESSED to already have our beautiful daughter. In the meantime, I'm just going to keep praying for Him to bless us with another little bundle of joy.

Fall Festival

On October 8th, Avery and I went with my mom to a Fall Festival. There were animals to pet, good food to eat, and lots of crafts to buy! We had so much fun. This was Avery's second year going.

17 Months Old

At 17 months old, Avery:

-wears size 12-18 & 18-24 month clothing (some 6-12 month sweaters), size 4 & 5 shoes, & size 4 diapers

-learned new signs mommy, ball, play, bath

-learned new words "papa", "moon", & "cheese"

-says the sounds "moo" for cow, "baaa" for sheep, "woof woof" for dog, "meow" for cat, "ah ah ah" for monkey, "rrrmmm" for a car/truck, and "ibbit"' for frog

-knows where her arms are now when I ask

-says "eeth" when she wants to brush her teeth

-LOVES stuffed animals

-really likes her soft rocking horse, elephant chair, balls, books, and pushing her babies in the doll stroller

-is VERY ticklish

-has 12 teeth. Top 4, bottom 4, and 4 molars.

-is always laughing. Sometimes she just laughs hysterically for no reason!

Pumpkin Pickin'

A little over a week ago we went to Port Farms, which is a little place to have fun and pick out pumpkins. Avery really enjoyed it! They have a big corn pit to play in, a hay maze, slides, and other fun activites. Avery and I went with my mom, my cousin, and her fiance. I hope to go again!
