Help please

I was wondering how to get a picture in my header?? I tried uploading one but it said it was too large. I sized it down but it cut it way off?? If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd appreciate the help :)

    Try downloading Infranview offline. You can google the name and find the program. There is a resize option to cut down the size of the picture file, without damaging the photo or cutting it off. My camera takes pictures that are too huge to email, and that program was a life saver when I was trying to get my Husband pictures of our son while he was in Afghanistan.

    Have you tried www.picnik.com ??

    Its free for basic photo editing! You can resise your photo and add fun stuff. I do all my headers on picnik. If you want, I could throw some together for you?

    I like picnik too...but, then you will need to get a custom code through...I use PhotoBucket. I played around alot before I got things right! Thanks for following!
