Ten on Tuesday

-We made an offer on a house! It's actually the house that we ruled out before, but the seller dropped the price. We are meeting at the realtor's house later today to sign a contract. I'm not anticipating that they will take our initial offer, but I'm anxious to see what they come back at. I hope we hear from our realtor as soon as possible after the contract is signed!

-I went shopping yesterday with my cousin and hit up Target's clearance section. I got Avery two summer dresses and a sweater for 3.50 each, a shirt for 1.25 and a fall coat for 9.00. I'm pretty excited about it!

-I need to catch up on laundry sooo bad!!

-We are going to start ttc NEXT month! I can't believe that I could possibly be pregnant next month. Eek!

-Today is my husband & I's 3rd wedding anniversary. We are doing dinner and a movie tonight and then going away for an over nighter the first weekend of June to celebrate. It will be my first night away from Avery. I'll let you know if I survive :)

-Last night was night 3 of transitioning Avery to her crib in her room. The first night was a fail, the second night was a semi fail, and last night she did it! She is taking a nap in there as we speak and has woken up a few times already, but gone right back to sleep.

-No more formula! Avery is on all organic whole milk now. She still has it in a bottle, but we'll be working on eliminating that.

-My dad just called and the realtor told him that he is pretty positive that the sellers will not accept our offer. He is also convinced that they will be firm at the listing price. If that is the case, the search is still on. We will still officialy put the offer in today, but it will be what it will be. I trust God's plan for us.

-I'm starting to take daily walks with Avery. She loves being outside and this mama can sure use the exercise!

-We are having a garage sale this weekend and I'm hoping to get rid of a lot of our stuff we don't need. It's going to be at my grandma's house and she will be selling stuff too Hopefully a good amount of people show up.
