11 Weeks

I'm 11 weeks and 1 day pregnant today! The time seems to be flying by. I'm still suffering from nausea unfortunately. I've lost about 5 lbs and I'm very picky about what I eat. I've only thrown up twice though! I've been sick since 6 weeks, so I think 5 weeks is enough...right?! Hopefully it's on it's way out. It was getting a little better around 9 weeks but seems to be worse right now.

I had my sonogram at 8 weeks and 2 days:

I was really nervous at this sonogram! I started crying before the tech even started because all I could think of was the last time I was in this room, things didn't end well. Praise God that there was a perfect heartbeat of 172 bpm and the babe was measuring exactly what it should have been at 8 weeks and 2 days! We are so thrilled and hoping that he/she continues to grow healthy and strong in there.

My next prenatal appointment is in 9 days (9/13) and we'll get to hear the heartbeat on the doppler. I'm really looking forward to that and just trying to keep trusting God that everything will be alright.
